We believe in KEYLARM enough to let you try it first. If it's not for you, return it within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. No hassle. No questions.
The short version
Try it. Test it. Pull the pin. Use the light. If it's not for you, return it in good condition within 45 days and we'll refund you in full.
What you need to know:
- The 45 day window starts from the date your order is delivered
- You can open, test, and use your KEYLARM before deciding
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Product must be in good condition and free from damage
- Refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving the return
- Refund is issued to the original payment method
How It Works
Starting a return
Email us at hello@keylarm.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours.
We'll send you a return label for Australian orders. Simply pack the KEYLARM in its original packaging and drop it off.
Refund processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the return. We'll email you when it's done.
Shipping
Return shipping costs
Australian orders: We cover return shipping. We'll send you a prepaid return label.
International orders: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service. Once the return arrives at our Melbourne warehouse, the refund is processed.
Warranty
2 Year Manufacturer Warranty
Every KEYLARM is backed by a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase. If your device develops a fault through normal use, we'll replace it with a brand new unit. Free.
The short version
If it breaks through no fault of your own within 2 years, we send you a new one. That simple.

- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Battery failure that prevents charging or holding charge
- Alarm malfunction where the siren fails to activate through either method
- Button failure where the press and hold activation stops responding
- LED failure where the light stops working or flickers
- Charging port failure where the USB-C port stops accepting charge
What's Not Covered
Not covered under warranty
- Physical damage from drops, impacts, or crushing
- Water damage from submersion (KEYLARM is splash resistant, not waterproof)
- Cosmetic wear from normal daily use (scratches, scuffs)
- Damage from unauthorised modification or disassembly
- Lost or stolen devices
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence
How It Works
Making a warranty claim
Email us at hello@keylarm.com.au with your order number and a brief description of the issue. A photo or short video helps us assess faster.
We'll review your claim within 48 hours. In most cases a photo is enough and we won't need the device returned.
Replacement shipped free of charge to your address. Australian replacements typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days. International replacements may take longer depending on location.
Good to know
We don't make warranty claims difficult. If your KEYLARM stops working and it wasn't caused by damage or misuse, we'll sort it out quickly. Our goal is to get a working alarm back in your hands as fast as possible.

Damaged on arrival? Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement immediately. No return needed.
Wrong colour? We're happy to exchange within 45 days. Same process as a return. Email us and we'll organise it.
Bundles and multi packs: The return and warranty policy applies to each individual KEYLARM in the order. You can return or claim warranty on one unit without affecting the others.
Proof of purchase: Your order confirmation email is your proof of purchase for warranty claims. Keep it handy.
Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
