KEYLARM is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing from our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

To browse or purchase, you may need to provide information such as your email address, billing and shipping details. You warrant that all details you provide are correct, current, and complete.

KEYLARM contains small parts and is not a toy. Keep out of reach of small children and use with adult supervision where appropriate.

Orders

Placing an order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion (for example, if an item is out of stock, pricing is incorrect, or payment cannot be processed).

An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and payment is successfully processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you need help urgently, contact hello@keylarm.com.au.

Returns, refunds, exchanges and any warranty terms are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, products are sold for personal or household use only and not for resale or export.

Pricing

Prices, promotions & billing

Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout at the time you place the order. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include shipping or any customs/import fees for international deliveries.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and purchase information and to update details as needed. If you use a payment method, you confirm you are authorised to use it.


Shipping

Shipping & delivery

We dispatch orders from our Melbourne warehouse. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we’ll assist with the carrier process.

Warranty

Warranty & product care

Any warranty terms offered by KEYLARM are described in our Refund Policy, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

To request warranty support, email hello@keylarm.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos or a short video help us resolve things quickly.


Intellectual Property

Our content & brand

Our Services, including all trademarks, branding, text, images, graphics, videos, and design, are owned by or licensed to KEYLARM and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

“KEYLARM” and our logos/slogans are trademarks of KEYLARM. Shopify and associated marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Third Parties

Optional tools & third-party links

We may provide access to third-party tools or links (including embedded functionality). We don’t control these third parties and provide them “as is”. If you use them, you do so at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Purchases made through this store are made directly with KEYLARM, not Shopify. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from purchases between you and KEYLARM.


Feedback

Reviews, messages & content you submit

If you submit reviews, feedback, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display it for business purposes, including marketing (for example on our website and social channels), unless prohibited by law.

You confirm you have rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful material.

You must not:

  • use the Services for unlawful purposes, harassment, abuse, or fraud
  • attempt to breach or bypass security, scrape the site, or interfere with site operation

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia (and the Commonwealth of Australia), unless your local consumer laws require otherwise. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
