Every order is tracked
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can track your order at any time through Australia Post or your local carrier's website.
Haven't received your tracking email? Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, email us at hello@keylarm.com.au with your order number and we'll send it through.
Processing
Order processing times
- Orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days are dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 12pm AEST are dispatched the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day
- During sale periods, dispatch may take up to 48 hours

Delivery delays: Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times are managed by the carrier. Occasionally delays happen due to weather, high volumes, or remote locations. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, get in touch and we'll chase it up for you.
Incorrect address: Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reship it but the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.
PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes within Australia via Australia Post standard delivery.
Package safety: Every KEYLARM is packed securely in its premium retail box inside a padded mailer to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
